Music of The Avett Brothers Gets Swept Away on Broadway

A stage musical featuring music from Americana-Folk Rock band The Avett Brothers has finally made it to Broadway.

Set to open Nov. 19 2024 at the Longacre Theatre, “Swept Away” tells a captivating story about an ill-fated yacht, The Mignonette, that shipwrecked off the coast of Massachusetts in 1888, and the four surviving souls cast adrift in a lifeboat.
