New Frontier Welcomes The Lowdown Drifters
We are excited to welcome The Lowdown Drifters to New Frontier Touring!
Based out of Fort Worth, The Lowdown Drifters are a hard living, hard loving, and hard leaving group blending country, rock, and Americana. To see them live is a high energy experience, highlighting their songs that capture the highs and lows of the human experience. In recent months, they have been on the road with Silverada, Shane Smith and the Saints, and others for shows across the country.
Between tour stops, the band recorded their new album In Time, released October 25th with Grammy-nominated producer Wes Sharon. The Lowdown Drifters are looking forward to bringing their new music and energetic show to fans in 2025!

https://casinonieuwe.com is where I sometimes end up after a late show, so the In Time detail caught me: recording with Wes Sharon between tour stops sounds like the kind of pressured studio time that can either capture a band's raw live energy or flatten it. The run with Silverada and Shane Smith and the Saints makes me think their 2025 shows will lean into that Fort Worth country-rock grit rather than the smoother Americana side.
